Shipping

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed within 2-3 business days and the delivery time is 14-18 business days from the date your order has shipped.

Please be advised that our orders are shipped via our Fulfillment Center. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays as we have no control over shipping time.

2. Shipping Changes

Once your order has been confirmed or shipped we will not be able to change or cancel your order. Please make sure the items you select are what you truly want and are the correct size and color. 

A delivery address cannot be modified once the order is placed or has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are free, however if you are returning an item the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

ATTENTION: We don't do rush orders. If you need an item by a particular date, PLEASE contact us before ordering so we will let you know if we can make fulfill your request.

4. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

**We want to ensure you receive your items timely so please be aware that if your order includes multiple items, and one or more items are ready to ship before others, we may ship the items that are available first and wait to ship the remaining items when they are ready.**
